This event was initiated in 2019 by the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) and the Indonesia-Australia Partnership for Food Security in Red Meat and Beef Sector (Partnership). The economic significance of SISKA is promoted as the theme of ICOP 2019. This activity provides a discussion platform from the perspective of both the utilization and non-utilization of SISKA, with the aim of enhancing collaboration and encouragement to increase investment in promoting the economic value of SISKA.
